This 45-minute class for ages 18 months – 3 years old brings either mom/dad/grandma/grandpa onto the floor amidst the excitement in this child-directed class. This class focuses on fun and parent/child bonding through movement exploration, eye to hand coordination and gross motor skills development. Participants will begin exploring the trampolines and double mini as well.
This class is designed for athletes ages 3 – 5 to learn the basics of Trampoline and Tumbling in a safe, fun, and fast paced environment. This class focusses on skills, while simultaneously helping the athletes to gain confidence, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and social skills necessary to work in a group.
This hour-long class is designed for our HUGS athletes! The HUGS program allows athletes with special needs to participate recreationally or competitively in the USA Gymnastics Setting. This class is structured similarly to our other classes, giving these athletes a little more flexibility while improving their movement, motor skills, flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Join us for a fun-filled hour of learning trampoline and tumbling basics in a safe environment.

This hour-long class for ages 4 years old and up is designed just for boys to learn the basics of trampoline and tumbling and is taught by our very own National Champion Coach Shaun. The boys will focus not only on learning new skills but also on learning the safety behind the skills.
This hour-long class is for ages 5 years and up and is focused on athletes that are brand new to the sport of trampoline and tumbling. This class is skill oriented for the trampoline, double mini and tumbling as well as working on strength and flexibility and a great way to explore the sport.
This class is designed for cheer and dance athletes who are looking to improve their tumbling skills. This class will focus on a variety of skills that include but not limited to back handspring step out, side and front aerials, walkovers, layout step outs, handstand work, connections, and leaps. This class is designed around specific needs for cheer and dance athletes.
This is an hour-long class that focuses on round offs, back bends, kickovers, walkovers and the developing and improving back handsprings and round off back handsprings as well as beginning front punches.
This is an hour-long class that focuses on aerials, back tucks, front tucks, connections, layouts and twisting. This class is by coach evaluation only.
